ToggleWrinkle treatment injections are used to treat wrinkles that occur due to overuse of facial expression muscles and aging (such as crow’s feet, which occur when a person with sun sensitivity tries to protect their eyes by squinting instead of wearing sunglasses).
Depending on the intensity of the application, it can range from a slight relaxation to complete paralysis of the muscles in the applied area. Our primary priority is to get results without losing the natural expression and appearance of the face.
The effect starts 72 hours after the wrinkle treatment application and this effect lasts for 6 months. It must be performed by specialist doctors in hospitals or clinics where sterile conditions are fully provided. Otherwise, infection may develop in the applied areas and unpleasant results may be encountered.
Renewal and rejuvenation of the skin at the cellular level is not yet a condition that can be treated with today’s medical and technological possibilities.
Wrinkles that occur due to aging are divided into two;
Depending on the cause, the treatment of all these wrinkles varies.
Wrinkles at the points where the facial muscles adhere to the skin (crow’s feet around the eyes, vertical lines between the eyebrows, and horizontal lines on the forehead) are treated by reducing the intensity of the muscles’ work. This procedure is done by surgically cutting the muscle or paralyzing it with wrinkle treatment injections.
The following are observed in wrinkles formed by sagging; cheeks drooping downwards, a depression in the under-eye area, deepening of the nose-cheek line, sagging of the neck muscles due to relaxation, and the appearance of a double chin under the chin. In the treatment of this type of sagging, the sagging skin is pulled in the opposite direction of the sagging (lifting, suspension). The excess skin is stretched and cut.

Examples that describe the facial area with a water-filled bag can be used;
As we age, if we think of our face as a bag filled with water, both the amount of water inside the nylon bag decreases and the bag itself loosens. In the period when this loosening is very little, that is, when sagging occurs at first, adding some water to the reduced water, that is, injecting with filling materials, can temporarily eliminate the small wrinkles that form. However, the bag loosens too much after a while and the amount of water that needs to be added to tighten it again is an exaggeration. If so much filling material is injected, a huge swollen face will appear as if it has been treated with cortisone. Therefore, wrinkles and deformations due to sagging tissues should be treated with lifting and suspension surgeries.
